Program Mechanics

HOW TO JOIN:

 

1.    All existing and new corporate subscribers, with good credit standing, are automatically enlisted in the loyalty program.

2.    Dream Satellite TV will send out invitation letter via postal mail to all corporate subscribers to inform them about the loyalty program and to confirm their participation to the program. Should a corporate subscriber decides not to participate in the program, his/her name will automatically be de-listed in the database of the program participants.

 

HOW TO EARN REWARD POINTS:

 

1.    The subscriber earns reward points each time his/her monthly payment is credited and validated.

 

      For example: Monthly Bill Paid    = PhP 30,000.00

                          Points Earned      = 1,500 points

 

2.    The points to be earned for each month will be automatically computed and credited to the account of the subscriber upon validation using Avanza’s system, LoyaltyNOW. The subscriber may track his/her points anytime by logging in to www.loyaltynow.com.ph/dreamrewards

 

3.    The subscribers will earn points for their subscription payment starting May 1, 2010.

 

HOW TO REDEEM REWARDS

 

1.    The subscriber may redeem anytime provided he/she has accumulated the required points for the reward item (s) he/she wishes to redeem.

2.    The subscriber must log on the www.loyaltynow.com.ph/dreamrewards and follow the following steps:

    • Log-in successfully.
    • Click on Redeem Rewards tab.
    • Choose the reward item(s) from the electronic brochure. (The system will automatically compute and determine if points earned are enough to redeem the item.)
    • Click on Confirm button to validate the list of reward item(s) to be redeemed.

3.    The redeemed rewards will be delivered to the address provided during the welcome calls. Processing and delivery of the reward item (s) will take two (2) to three (3) weeks from date the redemption request was made via www.loyaltynow.com.ph/dreamrewards . Delivery is free of charge.

4.    The reward items in the current electronic rewards brochure are valid for redemption from May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011. 

                                                   

                                                    


Terms and Conditions

  1. By confirming your participation to the program during the welcome call, it is understood that you agree to the terms and conditions for Dream Rewards loyalty program. You also agree to receive communication materials via mail, sms, online messages and calls from Dream Care Hotline that are related to the program; via the contact details that you provided during the welcome call.
  2. Earned reward points are not convertible to cash and non-transferable.
  3. Redeemed/used reward points will be automatically deducted to the total points earned and cannot be used anymore to redeem reward items. Used reward points cannot be refunded, replaced or converted to cash. It cannot be converted back to rewards points unless there is a dispute in the reward item(s) delivered to the subscriber (e.g. defective unit, wrong delivery of item, etc.)
  4. Redeemed reward item (s) shall be delivered by courier to the shipping address provided by the subscriber during the welcome call. In case the subscriber failed to provide his/her shipping address during the welcome call, the reward item(s) will be delivered to the last known billing address of the subscriber.
  5. Only the redeeming subscriber or his/her authorized representative will be allowed to receive the reward item(s), provided the representative presents an authorization letter signed by the redeeming subscriber and a valid ID.
  6. Dream Satellite TV will only entertain requests for exchange of defective or damaged reward item(s) provided the subscriber reports such within five (5) days from the delivery date. The subscribers should likewise return the defective or damaged item in its original manufacturer’s packaging with the instructions and warranty certificates; all of which will be picked by Dream Satellite TV or its authorized courier from the address where the reward was originally delivered. Reward item(s) delivered to the subscriber is conclusively presumed to be in good working condition if no request for return or exchange for defective or damaged item (s) is made within the period prescribed herein, without prejudice to any claim or warranty (if any) that the subscriber may directly raise upon the manufacturer of the reward item(s).
  7. Rewards relating to travel are limited to the features/inclusions described in the electronic rewards catalogue. Airfare, travel taxes and/or any applicable airport tax and all other charges shall be for the account of the subscriber.
  8. Dream shall not be responsible for lost or stolen rewards, certificates or vouchers once the rewards have been endorsed to the redeeming subscriber and the subscriber has acknowledged the receipt of the reward.
  9. Dream Satellite TV has the full discretion and right to cancel Dream Rewards loyalty program or alter its mechanics or any program component after April 30, 2011, without notice or further obligation to its corporate subscribers.
